What we are waiting for

Before a heat pump can be connected, the local electricity network operator has to approve it. We applied on 31 July and have chased twice. They have until 4 September, which still leaves time for your install to go ahead as planned.

If it slips, we will ring you before we move anything — we will not turn up and disconnect your oil boiler without somewhere for your heating to come from.

One thing we need from you. Your finance agreement still needs signing, by 1 September. It takes about five minutes and there is a link in the email we sent on 12 August — or press the button below and we will send it again.
