The problem is never the sentence. It is that nobody knows where the sentence is.
A phrase written for a flyer in 2023 is now on the website, in a directory listing, in an
email template and in an automated reply. Withdrawing it means finding all five, and until
this register existed there was no list of the five.

Withdrawing a phrase here removes it from every surface that
draws on the register, including the assistant. The three surfaces nobody owns are the
ones it cannot reach, which is why they are listed separately.
Where phrases live
11 surfacesSixty-four of the eighty-four phrases sit on surfaces the clinic controls directly and can change today. The remaining twenty are the reason a review is a project rather than an afternoon.
Patients write testimonials without being asked.
A clinic cannot stop somebody describing their results in a public review, and does not
have to. What it controls is whether it then republishes that review on its own
website, which is a different act with a different answer.
